Vegan Protein Meal Prep Option 150g of Protein
One of the biggest things my vegan clients struggle with when trying to meal prep on their own is meeting their vegan protein with clean options. So I decided through out the year I will use this space to post different options to help you reach your daily protein intake. There will be options for all eaters not just vegans, but it’s always cool to incorporate some vegan options every now and then whether you’re vegan or not. Switching up your meal plans does your body very well! You would be surprised what one week of vegan eating can do!
